All our bespoke kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture is manufactured in-house from our premises in Witham, Essex. We have invested heavily in machine automation to improve the efficiency of our processes and guarantee the accuracy of each high-specification unit to the nearest millimetre.
Over the years, CEK has developed strong links to some of the leading kitchen designers in the UK, including Aisling furniture, PWS and Uform. These brands specialise in best-in-class materials and an extensive range of styles, finishes and colours. We’re easy to do business with, adding genuine value to retailers up and down the country. WALL UNIT
Bespoke wall units made to your specification. Each of which features robust 8mm – 18mm solid cabinet backs – a hallmark of quality kitchen furniture.
DIFFERENT COLOUR OPTIONS
Choose from a wide range of colour coordinated and matched carcass options based on the preferences of your client specification.
BASE UNIT
Sturdy, cost-effective base units supplied rigid and squared using high-quality traditional glue and dowel methods.
EDGEBANDER
Our in-house edging machine creates perfect radius edges for every panel that leaves our factory. It is capable of edging anything from 0.3mm PVC to 12mm wood lipping.
CNC MACHINE
Accurate to one thousandth of a millimetre, our in-house CNC machine uses diamond-tipped blades to make perfect curves and angles every time.
BEAM SAW
Our in-house high-speed saw allows us to cut multiple boards at once with unrivalled accuracy to the nearest one thousandth of a millimetre, resulting in perfectly square panels.
SPECIALISED MACHINERY
All door panels are accurately hinged using our hinge press for secure fittings. Meanwhile our specialist festool router allows our craftsmen to undertake intricate hand-edging and various bespoke finishes upon request.
